Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council

The Parish Council have been consulted by the Local Planning Authority about submission of a Permission in Principle application – Planning Application PA/2026/0321 – Land to the south of 15, DERBY ROAD, Stanley, DE7 6EX – Development of 1 to 9 dwellings.

The Parish Council will be meeting at United Church of All Saints, Belper Road, 238 Belper Road, Stanley Common, DE7 6FT on Monday 6th July 2026 at 7pm where they will be discussing this application. The public will be given up to 15 minutes to discuss matters relevant to the business of the Council during this time. The Councillors will then discuss the planning application as part of their business and make a decision on any action they wish to take corporately.
