NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCIES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that two vacancies exist for Parish Councillors to serve on Stanley & Stanley Common Parish Council – Stanley Common Parish Ward.

Any ten electors for the said Parish Ward may by notice in writing to the Returning Officer, Town Hall, Ilkeston, DE7 5RP within 14 days from the date of this notice (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and the days of any Bank Holiday break) request that an election should be held to fill this vacancy.

In the absence of a request for an election, the vacancies will be filled by Stanley & Stanley Common Parish Council by co-option.
