For your information, after the hearings, the Council received (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.erewash.gov.uk\/component\/jdownloads\/?task=download.send&amp;id=683&amp;catid=22&amp;m=0&amp;Itemid=435\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">INS09<\/a>), a Post Hearing letter from the Planning Inspectorate.\u00a0 The Borough Council replied to the Inspector in their letter<a href=\"https:\/\/www.erewash.gov.uk\/component\/jdownloads\/?task=download.send&amp;id=685&amp;catid=22&amp;m=0&amp;Itemid=435\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0EBC13<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The attached letter, INS10 is the Inspector\u2019s response to EBC13.\u00a0 At the request of the Inspector, also attached is document EBC15, a timetable of works going forward to be carried out by the Council.
