{"id":606,"date":"2020-09-03T10:44:07","date_gmt":"2020-09-03T09:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stanleyandstanleycommon-pc.gov.uk\/?p=606"},"modified":"2020-09-03T10:44:15","modified_gmt":"2020-09-03T09:44:15","slug":"casual-vacancy-sept-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stanleyandstanleycommon-pc.gov.uk\/?p=606","title":{"rendered":"PARISH OF STANLEY &#038; STANLEY COMMON"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(STANLEY VILLAGE PARISH WARD)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a vacancy exists for a Parish Councillor to serve on the Stanley &amp; Stanley Common Parish Council \u2013 Stanley Village Parish Ward.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Any ten electors for the said Parish Ward may request that an election should be held to fill this vacancy within 14 days from the date of this notice (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and the days of any Bank Holiday break).&nbsp; A request can be either be received:-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>In writing to the Returning Officer, Town Hall, Ilkeston, DE7 5RP or;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>by emailing a scanned image of a request to <a href=\"mailto:electreg@erewash.gov.uk\">electreg@erewash.gov.uk<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>In the event of a request for an election being received the election will not take place until 6 May 2021 as a result of the Coronavirus Act 2020 and the 2020 Regulations.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In the absence of a request for an election as aforesaid, the vacancy will be filled by Stanley &amp; Stanley Common Parish Council by co-option.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DATED this &nbsp;3rd day of September 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SABRINA DOHERTY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Clerk to Stanley &amp; Stanley Common Parish Council<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(STANLEY VILLAGE PARISH WARD) NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a vacancy exists for a Parish Councillor to serve on the Stanley &amp; Stanley Common Parish Council \u2013 Stanley Village Parish Ward.
